What this site collects, why, and how long we keep it. In short: only what you send us, used only to reply.

Who we are
This website, glasswerxdesign.com, is run by GlassWerx Design. For any privacy question or request, write to us through the Contact page.
What the forms collect
The Contact form and the partner form ask for your name, email address, role, and a message. You can also give a company name and a phone number. The Contact form also asks which glass and techniques you use, and whether you'd like a demo.
When you send a form, the website emails your answers to our mailbox. Nothing you send is kept on the website itself.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and, if you asked, to arrange a demo. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as we need it to reply and follow up, then delete it. Ask us at any time to delete it sooner.
What every visit records
Our web host, Hostinger, records each request to the site in a server log: the visitor's IP address, the page asked for, the browser, the time, and the country the address is in. We use these logs only to keep the site working and secure. Hostinger also runs our mailbox.
No cookies, no tracking
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies' servers, apart from the map pictures on the supplier directory (below). Even its fonts are served from here. We don't track visitors across sites, so a browser's Do Not Track setting changes nothing here.
The supplier map
The supplier directory shows a map whose background pictures come from OpenStreetMap. When you open that page, your browser asks OpenStreetMap's servers for them, so OpenStreetMap sees your IP address, as any site you visit does. Its privacy policy says what it keeps. No other page loads anything from OpenStreetMap.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the Contact page.
Changes to this page
If this page changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
